Ora x Clarity: Elements Collection

The Elements Collection is coming! This collection is a beautiful display of artistry from three small businesses in a collaboration by Ora Teahouse + Bakery + The Clarity Shop.

About a year ago, I started dreaming about future collections. Two of the first ideas were the already released Crystal Collection + the Elements Collection. Inspired by nature, Earth, Fire, Air + Water, I wanted to create something that evoked the spirit of each element.

Conceptualizing each blend was an amazing labor of love + I cannot wait for you to try these teas. For Grounded (Earth), I wanted to use ingredients from…well the ground. Using cardamom, cinnamon, cloves + some additional spices, a beautiful loose leaf Chai was the result. It is a perfect blend of earthiness, spice + sweetness. Ignite (Fire) allowed me to be a little bold + lead me down a different spiced path. Although the heat is subtle, this blend of black tea, red pepper flakes, mango + pineapple will liven your palate. I wanted something light + refreshing for Levitate (Air). An herbal infusion of lemongrass, orange, marigold, grapefruit + rosemary creates an almost effervescent, cocktail-like mouthfeel. Last but not least, Renew (Water) was the most difficult to capture. In the spirit of renewal, this blend creates the perfect blend to relax with. Calming lemon balm, chamomile, lavender + sage are joined with rose, butterfly pea blossoms + orange blossom.

With this collection, it was important for me to provide a true experience so I called on my longtime friend, Nicole - owner of The Clarity Shop based in Nashville, TN. We worked together to choose candle vessels that were art all on their own + she began the work of selecting scents that reminded her of each of the elements. Sharing the same names as the tea blends, the candles were intentionally curated to amplify your tea time.

After Nicole + I completed our portions of this collaborative project, I knew that there was one more business that I wanted to get involved - Haand. Haand is a local business here in NC + makes some of the most beautiful ceramic pieces. From bowls to vases to mugs (of course), everything is made by hand making each item unique. Mark at Haand personally selected each colorway to match the elements.

So much thought went into this collection + I know you’ll feel the inspiration, intention + love.
