Ora now offers free local pickup
In a typical “you asked + we listened” kind of way, we are happy to offer FREE local pick-up of tea orders. Our amazing partners, LocoPops, have graciously given us the space to provide this as an option. Here’s all the information you need to know.
When placing your order, you’ll see an option for Store Pickup. Select this option only if you’re a local customer (or will be in the area).
For the time being, pickup is only available on Fridays.
If your order is placed Monday-Thursday morning, you can expect to pickup your order on the Friday of that week. Orders placed after that can be picked up on the following Friday. An email will be sent when your order is ready.
Orders will be available at LocoPops during their regular Friday store hours, 1:00-7:00pm (EST).
Upon arrival, please provide them with your name + order number.
We are hoping that this makes things a lot easier + will also be exploring this option for our desserts at a later date. If you have any questions at all about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to hear from you!
