An ode to my daughter, Naomi, Sleep Tight is a blend that we enjoy with her before bedtime. A smooth blend of chamomile + lavender, it is the perfect tea for quiet evenings, to settle your mind + to relax with.
This blend is believed to soothe anxiety, relieve cramps + assist with a more restful sleep. Amazing hot or iced!

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1-2 tsp to 8 to your infuser, pot, or tea bag.1-2 tsp. per 8 oz of water.
Pour boiling water (203°-212°) over your tea and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
Sweeten and/or add the milk of your choice, if you choose, and enjoy!
